With years of experience coaching as an offensive and defensive assistant, an offensive coordinator, and head coach, Coach Cross has gained invaluable insight into what it takes to run a successful football program. He combines his coaching experience with a Bachelors’ degree in Sports Management & Business and a Master's in Business Administration, making him uniquely equipped to handle the complex balance between football knowledge, team culture, and program organization.
In addition to his hands-on coaching experience, Coach Cross has dedicated countless hours to professional development, attending The Ohio State University's coach's clinic for years, as well as lectures at the Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Cincinnati Glazier Clinics. This dedication to learning and improving his coaching method has resulted in a unique perspective that blends passion and knowledge of the sport.
